Acceptance of Terms

By using ASPnix services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Service Description

ASPnix provides web hosting, virtual private servers, email hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or engaging in phishing
• Launching attacks against other systems
• Consuming excessive shared resources to the detriment of other customers

Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due upon invoice generation. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our money-back guarantee.

Service Level Agreement

Our network uptime guarantee and service credits are detailed in our Service Level Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

ASPnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
